The moment the form is submitted, three things happen simultaneously: the lead is created in the CRM with full source attribution, a personalized WhatsApp message is sent within seconds introducing the coaching team, and the AI chatbot initiates a qualification conversation. The chatbot asks structured questions about the prospect's leadership challenges, budget range, timeline for starting, and decision-making authority — all in a conversational WhatsApp format that feels natural rather than interrogative.
